Micro-Training Content consists of one pagers that help individuals learn and access DEI information easily.
Redundancy is key –you have to repeat something often 8 times for it to be retained so its important to have micro training content that can be posted up, shared, attached to an email signature etc.
It's ideal to create a standard responses as a part of your toolkit for leaders and team members. One example is something as simple as 2 lines of text added to your email signature for a week.
Paired with Micro-Training are micro actions such as embed cues in language or some kind of verbal acknowledgement at the beginning of a project which goes a long way toward projecting the sign of an inclusive organizational space.
